Staff

The Wild Farm Alliance is composed of dedicated staff and board members from across the country. This creative group embodies an impressive wealth of knowledge and experience, including farming and ranching, research, agroecology, national and international policy making, conservation planning, grassroots organizing, activism, fund-raising, marketing, and publishing.

	Jo Ann Baumgartner is director of the Wild Farm Alliance. She has farmed organically, managed an ecolabel project, studied bird predation in apple orchards, and researched listed species.
	Joanna Johnson is communications coordinator for the Wild Farm Alliance. She has worked overseas in environmental education, interned on organic farms, participated in restoration projects, and studied the benefit of native plant hedgerows to wild bees in organic strawberry fields.
